Returns and exchangesWe will gladly accept exchange or return of full price, unworn, unwashed unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached.
Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be refunded or exchanged. Garments that have been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox and both must be in original condition.
Underwear and swimwear and please do not remove protective slip, if not, your return may be rejected for sanitary reasons.
Please note, your return must be within 14 days of receipt.
What if my order is not correct?
In the unlikely event that you received the wrong or damaged items,please contact our sales department immediately. we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, you will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
